Our quality assurance<\/strong>
\nIn our 100,000 m2 warehouse in Soest the lumber is sorted into the different grades
\nand stacked for air drying. Our experienced employees make sure that all light lumber is stacked exclusively with corrugated wood slats. In this way we can guarantee perfect goods without wood slat marks. The wood slats are laid at regular intervals so that the high wood cannot curve or twist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

High-quality chamber drying<\/strong><\/p>\n

The sawn timber is then pre-dried in our warehouses for gentle chamber drying. Oak for example is dried down to 25 to 30 % M.C. and then gently dried in our drying kilns to eight to ten percent M.C. To deliver quickly we use two modern vacuum chambers with a capacity of appr. 70 m3. In addition, we have five conventional drying chambers with a total filling capacity of 1,500 m3. During the drying process the goods are constantly inspected by an experienced employee. After drying the lumber is prepared for loading and a final quality control is done. It is then stored until delivery in our climatic hall where it is protected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Extensive warehousing<\/strong>
\nWe have large stocks at many European ports. In Soest we store on 100,000 m2 all common imported timber from North America, Africa, Asia as well as European timber.
\nThis enables us to supply our customers just-in-time. To meet customer requirements we can also cut logs from our stock. <\/p>\n

Good location shortens delivery distances<\/strong>
